Skills Required
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Services
- A minimum of three years experience in managing programs and/or operations in a non-profit agency
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations
- Leadership skills, including negotiation, problem solving and decision making
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Board of Directors, staff, community and other related agencies
- Extensive working knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office programs, financial management, fundraising and non profit management
